Pop-up Classes & Mini-Retreats

I run and teach a varity of pop-up classes and mini retreats.  I know how difficult it can be to get to a regular yoga class sometimes given work and family pressure so these classes and mini-retreats are designed to restore and revive.  They provide space to relax and unwind, allow you to connect to your inner self and bring about a sense of peace and calm which you can take back into your daily life.  Whether it is a half day, a full day or just a couple of hours give yourself a treat.

All pop-up classes and mini retreats are suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.  There’ll be plenty of modifications and options no matter what your ability

Join me for a Late Summer Mini Retreat.  The focus will be on grounding and returning to centre through asana, pranayama & meditation practice followed by a guided relaxation to leave you restored & revived.

Late Summer is a time of returning to the earth, harvesting all the good things we  planted earlier in the year. Reflecting on what we have achieved & building up our sense of self worth.  It is a time to nourish yourself both physically & mentally so give yourself this time to slow down, go inwards & rediscover your self.
