Yoga Flow – Mondays  7pm-8pm  @ The Yoga & Pilates Place

Start the week with an energising flow to work the body and mind.  in this flowing class we’ll work on strengthening and stretching the muscles and joints, easing out tension in the body and mind to set you up for the week.  Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners – options and modifications for postures will be provided. Book Here

 

Seasonal Flow – Wednesdays 6.30pm-7.45pm @Seasonal Yoga

Working in harmony with the energy of the season we use yoga postures to stimulate the meridians within the body targeting specific organs to balance the body and mind.  Book Here
