Join Fi & Kate for this Indulgent Summer Yoga Retreat on the beautiful island of Arran for some time dedicated just to you.  Summer time is all about opening our hearts, not just to everyone around us but also taking time to nurture ourselves.

Included in this retreat are a range of yoga practices including Summer Yin, Summer Yang and restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama practice a sound bath and an aromatherapy self-care workshop.  All designed to leave you feeling nurtured and restored.

The Lagg Hotel, situated in Kilmory at the southern end of Arran, will be the venue for this blissful retreat.  A traditional family run hotel set within 11 acres of garden and woodland. All bedrooms are en-suite with single or sharing options available.  Delicious and nutritious meals will also be included prepared by the Lagg kitchen (Monday – Lunch & Dinner, Tuesday – Breakfast and Lunch)

recognise that from time to time unforeseen events occur meaning trips need to
be cancelled. Due to the limited number of spaces available on the retreat and
the costs of securing the venue & running the retreat we are unable to
offer refunds for cancellation and therefore we encourage you to purchase your
own travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

Fi is a 500hr Seasonal Yoga Teacher and a Life Coach specialising in helping people to build confidence, self-belief and to follow their dreams. She teaches pop-up classes at various locations in and around Glasgow as well as running retreats ranging from a few hours of sanctuary to longer transformative retreats. Having worked for 20 years in the corporate sector Fi fully understands the pressures and stress people face each day and is passionate abut sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation to bring calmness both on and off the mat.
