In 2015, after practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years, I undertook my first 200hr yoga teacher training with Seasonal Yoga Academy, Glasgow.  I wanted to further develop my own self practice. as my lifestyle at the time involved a lot of travel with work and so I had limited time for getting to regular yoga classes.  And, with the increasing pressures of work felt I needed it more and more in my life.

It turned out to be the catalyst for a big lifestyle change – helping me find the space to de-stress, to get more in tune with my body and mind and to follow my dreams.  Those dreams involved a lifestyle of travel and inspiring others to lead a stress-free life and to follow their dreams.

I left my full time corporate job and set up my own business to share my passion for yoga.  I also continued with my yoga studies, completing another 300hrs Advanced Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training with Seasonal Yoga, becoming a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner,  pursuing a degree in Philosophy and Psychology and becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher.

Always learning and developing I’m continuing to develop my yoga practice as well as further expand my knowledge of nutrition, ayurveda and aromatherapy to support a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Everything I do now is with the intention of helping others to find peace and harmony in their lives.  Through yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats, 1-2-1 coaching and Reiki.  Helping you to find the balance in your life.
