Through yoga and meditation I learnt to understand my mind and body, overcome limiting beliefs and develop a more holistic approach to living my life. I believe that how we nourish both our mind and body has a profound impact on our individual health and wellbeing and in this 24/7 world we live in we need to ensure we look after ourselves.
With so much pressure for people to be or live a certain way it is even more important that we have a clear sense of our own identity. Through teaching yoga, meditation and wellbeing programmes I want to share techniques and support others – whether it’s to live a healthier life, reduce stress, manage change or find the ideal lifestyle.
