Having worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years in a number of different roles reinventing myself from Management Accountant to influencing the development of complex legislation in the electricity sector and then to becoming a Life and Confidence Coach & Yoga Teacher. Having gone through these changes i know what it takes to make changes in your life, no matter how big or small. To set goals and follow through, to stay on track when nothing seems to be going right. Throughout my roles i’ve also led, managed and motivated teams and individuals, from personal development to organisational change so I know what it takes to keep people inspired and motivated.
In 2015 i undertook my first yoga teacher training and through yoga and meditation I learnt to understand my mind and body more, to further overcome limiting beliefs and develop a more holistic approach to living my life. I believe that how we nourish both our mind and body has a profound impact on our individual health and wellbeing and in this 24/7 world we live in we need to ensure we look after ourselves.
With so much pressure for people to be or live a certain way it is even more important that we have a clear sense of our own identity. Through teaching yoga, meditation and my coaching programmes I want to share techniques and support others – whether it’s to implement change in your life, to build confidence, to reduce stress, to live a healthier life or find your ideal lifestyle.
